Meet Sam Mamary
Founder & President
Sam Mamary is the founder of Snug Harbor Home Care. Raised in a family deeply rooted in healthcare leadership across New England, Sam gained hands-on experience at every level of care operations — from dishwasher and landscaper to Certified Nursing Assistant and Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, with nearly a decade of operational leadership experience.
This lifelong exposure to caregiving shaped his belief that exceptional care should feel deeply personal, thoughtful, and dignified. Earlier experience in the entertainment industry supporting Aerosmith further reinforced the importance of discretion, attention to detail, and high-end hospitality — principles that continue to guide the Snug Harbor approach today.
At Snug Harbor, Sam’s mission is to provide exceptional, individualized care that allows clients to flourish in the comfort and familiarity of home.
Sam has served on the fundraising board for South Shore Hospital and volunteered with the Talking Information Center in Marshfield. He and his wife live in Duxbury with their two sons. Outside of work, he plays guitar in a local rock band, enjoys gardening, sailing, and endurance sports, including triathlons and marathons.
